Terms & Conditions
The agreement that applies when you work with Cliparly or use this website.
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Cliparly ("we," "us," or "our") and any client or visitor ("you") who uses our website or engages our services. By booking a call, signing on for a project, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
Cliparly provides content creation and digital marketing services, including but not limited to video editing, content strategy, scriptwriting, social media management, and paid advertising support — for both organic and paid channels. The exact scope of work is agreed upon individually with each client before a project begins.
Partnerships & Engagement Terms
We work with clients on fixed monthly retainers across flexible partnership lengths — typically 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer commitments generally come with more favorable monthly rates. Specific terms, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement will be confirmed in writing (via proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon individually per client and outlined in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current.
Content Delivery & Revisions
We aim to deliver content within the timelines agreed upon at the start of a project. Reasonable revision rounds are included as part of our process; significant scope changes or requests outside the original agreement may be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on track, clients are expected to provide requested materials (such as raw footage, brand assets, or approvals) in a timely manner. Delays on the client's side may affect agreed delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered content transfers to the client. Cliparly retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may end an ongoing partnership with written notice, as outlined in the specific agreement signed for that engagement. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date remain due.
Limitation of Liability
While we're committed to delivering quality work and real results, Cliparly cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as follower growth, sales, or ad performance), as these depend on many factors outside our direct control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Use of This Website
This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. We aim to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
